SUNBO-HS4000+ is a new generation super plasticzier for 25%-30% water reducing admixtures. It Contains polycarboxylate ether polymers and specially formulated for ready-mix concrete where slump retantion, high strength and durability are required in hot climates. It is chloride-free, meets SS EN 934, Set retarding/high range water reducing/supper plasticizing admixtures and ASTM C464 requirements for. It is also compatible with all cements meeting the ASTM standards.
SUNBO-HS4000+ is the ideal admixture for the ready-mix concrete industry. The ability to work with low water/cement ratios and still obtain extended slump retention allows for the manufacturer of high quality concrete.
This product is in line with the national standard for concrete SUNBO-HS4000+ index.

DOSAGE:

The optimum dosage of SUNBO-HS4000+ to meet specific requirments should always be determined by trials using the materials and condition that will be experienced in use.
Dosage range 0.3% -0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.3%, 1.5% & 2.0% weight of cementaions material. Recommended Dosage 0.5% weight of cementations material Concrete lab test for Optimal dosage is required before usage or cement changing.

SUNBO- HS 2000+ সাদা বা পিংক বর্ণের হয়ে থাকে। তাপমাত্রার ভিন্নতায় তরল থেকে পেষ্ট প্রকৃতির হতে পারে কিন্তু পানিতে সম্পূর্ণ রূপে দ্রবনীয় হয়ে নির্মাণ কাজের অতি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় Water Reducer, Plasticizer, Retarder, Ante Saline এবং Lubricant হিসাবে কাজ করে । এটি ব্যবহারান্তে কংক্রিটে অতি উচ্চমাত্রায় পানি প্রবেশ রোধে করে। Water Cement Ratio এর উচ্চ সহন মাত্রা Early Strength, Ultimate, Strength, Void দুরীকরনে সহায়তা করে। সর্বোপরি অতিরিক্ত Vibration এর ফলে Segregation হয় না। বরং কংক্রিট কে অধিকতর Compact করে এবং রডের মরিচা দূরীকরনের স্থায়ী প্রলেপ সৃষ্টি করে।
